I felt that I should explain the purpose of this blog – for those wondering “what reason could there possibly be for ANOTHER travel blog”. Well… a few, in fact.
First, most travel blogs are written by uber-frequent flyers, to other uber-frequent flyers. Some even occasionally flag certain posts as attention-worthy for those who aren’t.
Second, most travel blogs are from the good old USA. Not that Canada has any reason for considering itself more worldly, but at the very least, it’s worth having a Canadian blog for us people up north. 🙂
So overall, the aim of this blog is to write about interesting tidbits in travel with a Canadian tilt (i.e. including items of note, and available, to Canadian readers).
