I booked two nights at the Fairmont Singapore for $414/night x 2 less 40% = $500. By comparison, the same rate booked through fairmont.com was 870 SGD, which is $700. Not bad!
[update 1] my reservation finally appeared in the Fairmont system. Except… Explore Cruise & Travel booked me in March, rather than June. Argh!
